We can save you costs by printing your trade show products right here in Vegas, eliminating the costs of shipping or possible lost items that don’t show up in time for your tradeshow. We offer the option of picking up your items here at our Vegas office (will call), having them dropped off directly to your event, or having our team deliver/pickup at the tradeshow location for you. Will call items will help eliminate delivery fees for some of our rental items, but it also adds responsibility on the user for any damage. As the old saying goes…you break it, you buy it. We maintain a high standard for our item quality, and we expect will call items to be returned accordingly. Not all items are available for will call. It is to be acknowledged for any will call rental agreement that damage will be strictly billed for any repair costs or replacement, whichever is deemed the most economical solution. We understand sometimes unexpected things happen…the bungee strap that breaks on the freeway, the massive rainstorm out of nowhere as electronic items are in the back of an open truck…we get it, sometimes crazy things happen and items are damaged or go missing. In our experience, 99% of item damage ALWAYS happens during transport, so responsibility for that potential damage is the risk our clients take when renting items for will call. We want our customers to know that we are not here to profit on anyone’s misfortune, and we’ll always do our best to work with you to provide the fairest economical solution to repair or replace any damaged/missing inventory situation.
